Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RRP Enterprises. By booking a consignment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions covering the transportation of goods.
1. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited for transport. Consignors found shipping these items will be held legally liable:
- Explosives, firearms, or ammunition.
- Illegal drugs or narcotics.
- Highly flammable liquids (without prior specific hazardous cargo approval).
- Stolen goods or contraband.
2. Liability & Insurance
Owner's Risk: Unless specifically insured by RRP Enterprises under a separate written agreement, all goods are transported at "Owner's Risk" (OR). We recommend clients obtain their own marine/transit insurance.
RRP Enterprises is not liable for:
- Natural calamities (Act of God) such as floods, earthquakes, or cyclones.
- Seizure by government authorities due to improper documentation provided by the consignor.
- Internal damage to packaging where the outer packaging is intact.
3. Documentation
The consignor is responsible for providing valid E-Way Bills, Invoices, and Delivery Challans. Any detention of vehicles due to expired or invalid documents will result in demurrage charges payable by the consignor.
4. Payment Terms
Freight charges must be paid as per the agreed terms (To Pay, Paid, or TBB). Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum. RRP Enterprises reserves the general lien over goods for unpaid freight charges.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
